"Not the same jeans as the photos"
Like I said, the pics made these jeans look way more fitted and a lot darker. What I got was super baggy, lighter than expected, and just had a totally different vibe. Like I said, they really didn’t match what was shown

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been frustrating. I’ve had to keep checking in and following up, which feels like way too much effort for something that should be handled quickly.

"Discount code kept saying invalid"
I tried using a discount code at checkout and it just kept telling me it was invalid. The annoying part is that the code was still showing as active, so I don’t get why it wouldn’t work. I refreshed the page, tried again, even switched to another browser, and it still said the same thing. Invalid, invalid, invalid. After wasting time on it, I just gave up and didn’t place the order

"Felt trapped in these jeans"
I really wanted to like these, but the denim is so stiff that I felt trapped the whole time I had them on. They just weren’t comfortable at all and didn’t move with me.

I ordered my usual size based on their size chart, and I feel stupid for trusting it. The fit was super tight, and the waist sat weird too. It was nothing like what they claimed, which was really frustrating.

"Not really worth it"
The quality just wasn’t there for me. The fabric felt kind of cheap right out of the package, like not awful at first glance but you can tell it’s not built to last. After wearing it a few times, the stitching already started coming loose, which was annoying. Just felt like it should’ve held up better.

"Am I the only one who thinks..."
Am I the only one who thinks canceling an order on valabasas.com is way harder than it needs to be? I tried to cancel mine right after placing it, but support took forever to get back to me. By the time they responded, they said it was too late to cancel. it felt like they just waited it out. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

The exchange did work in the end, so I guess I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I was expecting, or at least it felt that way. Overall, it got done, but maybe don’t expect it to be instant.

"Tracking Has Been Stuck for Days"
My order tracking hasn’t updated in days, and I haven’t been able to get any real help about what’s going on. It’s frustrating to be left waiting with no clear answer, especially after paying for the order. At this point, I’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a discount for the inconvenience.

These jeans looked nothing like the photos. The sizing was totally off, and the fabric description was just plain wrong. it felt like whoever wrote the listing barely knew what they were talking about.

I usually know quickly if I’d actually wear something, and with these designs my brain just went, “nope.” They looked kind of messy and like they were trying too hard, so nothing really felt easy or wearable to me. Disappointing overall.

"Clothes were fine, but shipping took forever"
I ordered from valabasas.com and, the clothes were fine once they finally showed up. But the shipping was just... really slow. I kept checking for updates, and they didn’t really tell me much, so that was kind of frustrating. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but yeah, I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something fast.

"Love the style, but the sizing needs work"
I’ve always liked this brand and I still think their clothes look really good, which is why this was a little disappointing. I found a couple of pieces I liked, but the size range felt limited, especially in bigger sizes. I want to keep shopping here because I do like the vibe and quality, but it’s frustrating when there just aren’t enough options that feel inclusive. I’d definitely buy more if they expanded the sizing.

I reached out to customer service a few different times about my order, i never got a proper reply. Just waited around for days with no real update, which was really frustrating. For what I paid, I kind of expected better support... definitely not planning to order again

I had a bit of a rough time with the billing. My payment ended up going through twice, which was annoying to deal with. I reached out to support, but it took longer than I expected to get a response. It eventually got handled, but the whole experience was more frustrating than it needed to be

"Felt like the site was working against me"
Trying to shop on this site was just frustrating. The pages kept loading slowly for me, the sizing info wasn’t clear enough, and checkout felt way more complicated than it should’ve been. I don’t know if I just had bad luck, but it really felt like every step was making things harder, so I ended up giving up.
